Telecommunications Law-The Law on Postal Services Numbered 6475 entered into force
The Law on Postal Services Numbered 6475 entered into force (the Law) on Official Gazette dated 23/05/2013, numbered 28655 therefore, The Law on Postal Services Numbered 5584 was abolished (the Abolished Law). As it is stated in preamble the main objective of the Law is to provide qualified, continuous, affordable and effective postal services for all users and submit in compliance with the principles of competitive. First and foremost, the Law aimed to provide the liberalization of postal services by removing the postal monopoly.
