Along with the Article 88 of the Omnibus Bill, an additional Article has been added to the Law on Organisation and Duties of General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (the Law Numbered 6200) which includes water structures in the scope of administrative surveillance. As for the Additional Article 6 of the Law Numbered 6200, water structures which are subject to surveillance are stated as follows;
