Europe’s broadcasting sector: 21st Century Fox and Apollo planning on the creation of a Joint Ventur
Broadcasting companies 21st Century Fox and Apollo in September 2014 formally notified the European Commission on their plans of creating a Joint Venture. The two major United States based broadcasting companies will contribute to the Joint Venture by combining their respective businesses, such as the Shine Group (United Kingdom), EndeMol (the Netherlands) and Core Media (USA). The mentioned companies produce and distribute TV content.
